Charlotte Mullins - State Farm Insurance Agent

I'm very happy with my insurance coverage and the staff in the office are wonderful. They are always willing to answer my questions and have always reached back out to me, I've never been left hanging with an issue.

I would do less than 1 star but I cannot. I cancelled my car insurance because I no longer needed it, and was moving back home. The day after I cancelled my insurance, they took out $146 which was literally all that I had. It took SEVEN MONTHS for this money to be returned to me, and it was ten dollars less than what was taken out (but at that point I was just done with the whole thing.) Oh, and the reason why this money was removed despite my insurance being cancelled and my account with Statefarm being terminated? "I'm sorry, I guess she forgot." The staff at this location is pretty friendly, but forgetfulness is not tolerable when you're dealing with other people's money. Edit for clarity: I do not know who the "she" that forget to do her job was, it could have been any woman working

Absolute amazing staff and service. All my questions were answered and they are always available when needed. They were able to get me great prices for all my insurance needs.

The best auto insurance rates by far. I was sent a text with my new rate and I thought it was a scam. So I called Charlotte Mullins insurance and spoke with Ada. So told it was not a scam and the premium was in fact correct. I am telling everyone to call and see what they can offer. I'm sure it will be less than what the currently are paying. Lennie
