The worse insurance agency period. The regional manager or claims adjuster will not return calls and are so disrespectful. Had a claim in now for six weeks and still nothing accomplished. Would not ever recommend this company.
First fender bender in 27 years. I hit a pole on my property due to blinding sun. No other vehicle or person involved. Steve Montgomerys' people in Louisa were wonderful. Took my information on phone immediately and claim was handled professionally and quickly. Scheduled to take car in Monday for repairs. Would not change from Farm Bureau ever.
I would recommend Kentucky Farm Bureau for anyone seeking insurance because they have the best rates and membership benefits. This agency does very well working with clients so I also recommend Larry Knipp as an agent.
