Lisa Jones is a fantastic agent. While I did not decide to go with this agency for car insurance, she was extremely helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the industry. While I didn't purchase any of the quotes she offered, the rates were still really competitive. Will be contacting again in the future as I'm very likely to do business with this company. TLDR: very professional, great rates, extremely knowledgeable, can't go wrong with this company.
To be honest. I've never actually been inside your office. I don't even know where it is. My insurance has been a totally online experience. And I have no complaints about that. I get my renewal notices on time, pay them on time. My premium keeps going down. I'm a happy guy!
