Experts at denying claims. A pipe burst and flooded my furnace for aprox. 15 minutes and it shorted out. The furnace will light but flashes an error and cuts off after a short while. KFB sent out an expert out who looked at it for five minutes and came back with a report that no water flooded the unit and that our propane furnace just needed a freon recharge. Filed a claim for hail damage to our roof. The adjuster took pictures from our driveway and said it was not worth the deductible. Best Choice Roofing gave us a free inspection and sent it to KFB. KFB came back and did a second inspection, conceding that the roof was damaged.

Lovely people working behind the desk there. That Linda that works there is just the nicest person. And Courtney is very helpful, too.

Me and my parents have used Farm Bureau our whole lives, we've never had an issue until moving to BG. Now a sink hole appeared in their back yard and NOTHING is what they are willing to do!! Worst I've ever heard of with what this company is able to do or NOT do anything is more like it! Your an insurance company I'll find my parents a better alternative to KY bowling Green Farm Bureau.

I'm picking a middle of the road rating because it's only recent events that have led us to question remaining members. We first joined Kentucky farm bureau when we bought our first house in Kentucky and we're thrilled with a customer service and the price point. After the tornado of 2021, we had several difficulties getting the damage to our house covered and it has left a bit of a sour taste in her mouth. We are now at a point where the response is more what we would expect from the Kentucky farm burea we knew in 2008, but I will have to update my rating and review when everything is settled and the final bill comes in.
