I have been using them for around 2 years for my home, auto and RV insurance. At first, they were great, called often to check in, emailed back within a couple hours, etc., however the longer we go the worse it is getting. This past year I paid my year premium for the RV knowing we were going to sell it. I was assured that we would get whatever amount we did not use back with no problem. That was not the case when they time came, and I was charged "early termination fees". I emailed 3 people and never got a single response back. Now 1 month later they renewed my auto policy without shopping around as I have requested. I was told 6 months ago that I was NOT on auto renew because rewriting the policy each time made the premiums less. I have called and left voicemails and never hear back. Now
