I have been a customer here for as long as I can remember. I have done the price comparison thing from time to time and always found Tony Rhoades State Farm very competitive. Service is AMAZING! We recently had had storm damage and had multiple claims, I had not needed much and thought they were fine, no issues. But when I needed them, they took fine and threw it out the window and went to EXCELLENCE. They stayed on top of the underwriters, kept me in the loop of the progress and when payments were in review, checks sent, and follow up after follow up. Lori was / is the absolute BEST. I am sure others there were involved, but she was my main contact through this. A major claim is stressful, but she helped, guided, got us through it. She was awesome enough that I went to the office
