My car has been in the shop from an accident for over 1 month and I'm in a rental. I was so worried about rental car coverage lapsing and being responsible for the remaining time. I called JR Wade as soon as they opened. Brandy answered the phone and was just an absolute angel helping me. She said she would call the claims office and try to help me. In little over an hour, she did call me back to let me know I had nothing to worry about, that I am covered for at least another week. She also said to call her back if I needed to even extend that time. She did all this with the sweetest professional manner and I really appreciate it. I had State Farm a few years ago with J.R Wade’s office but found coverage elsewhere that was more suitable at that time. Recently Aaron with J.R Wade’s reached out with some auto and renter quotes that were a bit less than what I was currently paying for only auto insurance. It was a bit of a no brainer to get more coverage for less expensive, so I made the decision to go back with State Farm. Aaron was helpful with answering questions I had and getting me set up with my coverage.
