The worst company out there. It's been 10 days from my accident and I can't reach my adjuster or her manager. They are terrible! Don't use it. My adjuster is Daquanna Foster Candler, her manager Cynthia Keaton. Terrible!

be aware this is one of the least helpful insurances, i had Denise Ayala, complete brick wall that could care less about her job, wouldn’t help you even if you were completely in the right and being polite. will definitely be changing from them. I sincerely wonder how these people sleep knowing they’re making zero positive impact in society in their day to day.

I don't recommend this insurance company they are slow to pay on accidents and they hang up on you when you call good luck

Was rear ended by one of their insured and the company doesn't respond to phone calls or admit fault. I've emailed several times to my adjuster Patricia and she won't respond. Unfortunately have to file a claim with state insurance office and attorney office.

Absolutely the worst! Claims agent is MIA, has never returned a call. Now trying to get my vehicle repaired after their insured hit my vehicle and ran. The adjuster underbid the repairs by $3k. Worst company ever.
