SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE from State Farm representative Sidney Luna-Long: Sidney took ample time to present to me and “break down like a fraction” each and every one of my auto insurance policy coverages. Additionally, he took the time to educate me on stacked versus unstacked policy coverage, which then persuaded me to shift from unstacked to stacked coverage. It cannot be overstated here that Sidney was extremely patient with me, and did not rush the telephone call one iota, because (a.) he wanted to make sure that I was 100% “solid” with all of my various policy coverage selections and (b.) that he’d answered everyone of my questions to my complete satisfaction On that note, Sidney’s product knowledge was top-notch, because there wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer immediatel
