Kapnick Insurance

My husband and I needed auto insurance. We went to Kapnick and spoke to an agent in person. She wanted us to get Progressive. We didn't want that particular carrier for good reasons! She lied and told us that all their carriers except Progressive require you to purchase more than one policy in order for them to do business with them. All we needed was auto. And so she lied because he got a policy through an agency in Plymouth, and no we were not required to buy more than one policy through the requested carrier Cincinnati. Apparently they don't teach their agents good business policy. Is this discrimination against people who don't need a bunch of insurance policies? She also seemed glad to get rid of us. Of course that is how I read her. I could be wrong about that, but I know for sure t

Kapnick insurance group clearly has a pre-existing relationship with Hanover insurance. Beware of policies written by this agent for Hanover. Not only will agent not advocate for insured during claims process but will tolerate abusive and deceptive tactics by insurance company against insured after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars per year on insurance coverage. Beware of this company.

They have been incredibly helpful to me when I've contacted them, especially Robin (the COBRA rep). Would definitely recommend.
