Gleaner Life Insurance

A complete nightmare to work with. Walk, no run to another Life Insurance Company. While the rate is good (as with many other insurance firms), dealing with the company is a complete cluster. Be very careful when investing with this group as they inundate you with paperwork, marketing BS and pass the buck when trying to cash, roll over or transfer your hard earned money/investment to actually retire with! I would NOT recommend this company at all.

In my opinion I would not put your money with Gleaner for the simple fact that the customer service is just lousy. You leave message after message and no one calls you back. When you finally do talk to someone they have attitudes and act like you are inconveniencing them. Who knows maybe some re-training on how to be pleasant and helpful with the clients would help or maybe it is the culture of the company to treat their clients lousy. Just my opinion and hope this helps someone.

I was told that I would be able to get money on a sertten day and when I called to see where it was they hadn't even sent it out yet. They said it would be sent out end of the week and I would haveit the middle of next week.
