Allen Slater - State Farm Insurance Agent

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to say that working with Allen Slater and his team is always an absolute pleasure. Everything is so easy and smooth when working with them, and I wish all my company dealings were as pleasant. Oh, and Holly rocks.

I have been with Allen Slater for close to 10 years and they have been amazing. I always get an agent when I call (with no automated voice prompts, which I love), and the staff has always been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give zero stars. I've been trying to contact them for 3 months with no response. They stopped sending me my car insurance bill 3 months ago. Ive been having to call the state farm operator to pay. I finally called state farm directly and they tried to send a message to Allen to contact me urgently. Still no response. Horrible customer service.

Very friendly and polite. If I need to change my date on a bill they let me. They always remember my name when I call. We have our car insurance and homeowners insurance and it’s the best price and policy.

I truly wish any insurance agent be like Mrs. Holly. Such an amazing Agent, I can't describe how much she is helpful, patient and provide professional service, so glad being her client.
