Homeowner's Policy- State Farm is wonderful. A tree hit my house from wind, and went over the roof, with most ending in the driveway. Yvonne Cashman, the Manager of the Alpharetta office was great; explaining who was responsible for doing what. She was very caring, professional, patient, and courteous. I had never handled the Insurance myself, prior to this last claim. The claim was also handled efficiently, by the other State Farm staff. The amount paid for the claim was very fair too. I have had State Farm car, and house insurance for decades; and that has always been my experience with them.

Kyle showed a great deal of initiative during our discussions. Very professional and knowledgeable presentation with a pleasant delivery while explaining the advantages of becoming a State Farm Policyholder. Finally got some coverage I’ve been needing for awhile now and finally was able to get in contact with “Kane Parker” I believe. Excellent agent overall, who is polite, knowledgeable and uses the proper terminology mixed with easier to understand lingo. He has a passion to the insurance industry and helping others have an ease of mind with their coverage, so I can confidently say this man is going very far with his career.
