The only thing that can be said about Johnny and *everyone* at this office is that they go above and beyond, whether its getting the right insurances or handling a claim (and unfortunately, I've had a couple of the latter). I recently called in to inquire about coverage for water damage, and Christine the office manager was on the phone with me all afternoon explaining policies, procedures, and connecting me to contractors. During stressful situations, you can't ask for any more than that from your insurance agents!

Christine Schaefer assisted in adding a jewelry rider to my homeowner's policy. She was very professional and responsive to all my questions. She is new to Johnny's office but appears to be off to a great start!
