I worked with John Peakes Insurance Agency when I moved back to CA in 2011. For reasons of convenience and "life" I changed to another agency at one point. No issues, just circumstances. I just reached back out to my "old agent" who is now a manager and greeted me as if she had spoken with me last week. We picked up where we left off years ago. The overall customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, follow up and commitment was fabulous! Thank you Talia for being wonderful "back then" and just as wonderful today!

I've used Peakes Insurance through the years and they always are competitive in pricing and go above and beyond in customer service. Special praise for their agent, Quiana Herrera who recently helped me sort out adding my son for a spell. Her time, effort, and follow-up were so appreciated! Several years ago I found Peakes Insurance Agency, and I must say that I am very happy that I did! I carefully research such decisions, and choosing this agency was definitely the right decision to make. The staff there are very dedicated to their careers, and they politely take their time to answer your questions. Talk about customer service! After finding out that my old policy with another company was no longer eligible for renewal, I searched and searched for a carrier that would work with my unique business, and was left completely frustrated by the lack of response by other companies. Thankfully I found Peakes Insurance Agency! I worked with Patty & Brian, and they were a complete dream team. They were professional & kind, quick to respond, and kept me informed as the process moved along. In the end they were able to find a policy that worked for my business at a fair price.
