The best insurance company I’ve ever worked with. A relatively small, very boutique-style office. Extremely personal service, and they are very clear and available. They have great prices. And regarding the most important thing an insurance agency should do — making sure you’re taken care of when you need help — Two car issues I had were solved with complete ease. They explain everything, make sure you’re okay, and follow up. When it comes to payment, they make sure to reimburse you as quickly as possible. Dana’s office is unmatched.
