AAA Ventura Insurance and Member Services

We went in to transfer our vehicle to our daughter and in all my 37 years of dealing with AAA I have never been treated by a customer service rep like I was today. Linda was condescending and treated and talked to you like you were 2 years old. I think her skill set is better suited for the DMV but most definitely not in CS. Both my husband and I had to speak up to let her know she was not being helpful and basically setting us up for failure and my daughter who has never done this before was made to feel like she just kept making mistakes and would to need to redo the paper work. We left there so upset!

Find anyone to use for insurance besides AAA.. They charged us insurance on a car for a year after the Thomas fire that had been burned .. supposed to receive a refund check and never did .. thousands of dollars owed STILL.. Got in an auto incident where a piece of a sprinter van flew off and hit my vehicle causing damage.. triple A says ok you can file a claim.. what !?!? Lucky the other insurance took care of me but my own insurance wouldn't help fight for my side.. And the most recent.. had to file a renters insurance claim due to a damaged rental of course no suprise we were denied.. we had our case evaluated by an early 20s kid down in Orange county with maybe a year experience so no suprise he tried to have us not file a claim before we could even speak a word on the phone.. and

Called for service dog jumping in caused door to close with my phone and keys in car. AAA guy spent 5 minutes trying 3 methods two times each before blaming my dog on locking the door back on him, while I was watching that never happen, then left, leaving me to have to break my window to get into my van, dude wouldn't even let me try the tools I could have used and got in my own vehicle with in two minutes and said no, watched me break my window as he got in to drive off. I'll be contacting legal counsel to see what my next steps are.

I needed roadside assistance my AAA battery had died, I still had a warranty on it. Daniel was the serviceperson that came out!! He tested my vehicle. He mentioned that the alternator may need to be replaced. I had it replaced and repaired, thank you Daniel for your Professionalism and Expertise! You represent AAA Superbly! I am on the road again, thanks to you! God Bless you!!
