I called early in the morning to ask what they needed because I wanted to add another vehicle to my policy, but was a little taken back by the gentleman I spoke to just being flat out rude. Completely unprofessional so I gave him a piece of my mind as well. I called back in the afternoon and the woman that helped me was much more pleasant to work with.

Very rude people that work at this insurance company. I don’t even insure with them however I had a brief run in with them for a client we commonly shared. They weren’t helpful at all and were very rude. If I was insured by them I would quickly look for another company. They would get zero stars from me if it were an option.

John has always been willing to help me navigate the complicated world on insurance. He and his staff also always know me by name even though I rarely call.

Been with them longer than i can remember...they make sure your insurance needs are met
