Marshelle Ball - State Farm Insurance Agent

Marshelle Ball inherited my account when my previous agent passed away a few years ago and I have never met her. I recently received 2 bills for my car insurance and called her for an explanation. She was not available but I spoke with a Ms Grimes and she was very friendly and professional and said she would contact the billing office and get back to me. Ms Grimes returned my call within an hour and explained what had occurred and to ignore one of the invoices (which was higher). I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency this matter was resolved, especially since I had never personally met anyone from that office and was not just a 'number'. I hope I don't need their help in the future but feel confident in their professional and friendly service.

Becky was a pleasure to work with and made switching insurance companies easy. I had a lot of questions about the process, and she answered them all promptly and thoroughly.

Called to renew my car insurance. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kyle. He was very pleasant, made me feel I was a favorite customer (except this was the first time I ever spoke to him!) He was efficient, answered my questions and was clearly respectful of my time. I was on a short break from work and didn't have any time to waste. He made paying a bill pleasant. Thank you Kyle So glad you are with State Farm.

Zahria had great customer service, she helped me through the whole process of my payments and was very patient the whole time.
