Roslynne and Krissy are superior at customer service. Roslynne is always quick to answer any questions that I have. Her patience is beyond normal. She doesn't seem to mind having to break policies down to help me understand. I trust her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants great coverage and exceptional customer service.

Roslynne Ross team has always gone the extra mile to take care of their clients. When I needed to find ways of saving money and maybe cutting back on some of their services, they took the time to explain all of my auto insurance options clearly and with enthusiasm. They have always been there for me with exemplary customer service and care.

We were with Roslynne Ross for years until we moved out of state and out of her area. We went with another Allstate agency here in FL and when their prices got too high we went with another agency. The FL agency was supposed to cancel our policy but months later had still not done this correctly. I called an Allstate help line and they connected me to Roslynne, even though we were no longer her customer, within 15 mins she had our policy correctly canceled. She is great to work with and takes care of her clients.

They do call back and there is a way to send them a text. Allstate in general has done a good job helping agents figure out how to effectively use new technology. Roslynne understands why people need insurance and works with you, not in a phony advertising way but with real options.
