TERRIBLE customer service. They billed my condo insurance to the wrong mortgage company (after 3 years of billing correctly. I told Matt Beck where to fax the bill when I got the late notice. He never did and the policy lapsed. Got in touch, they were supposed to let me know when they got the check from the mortgage company and they did.....when I called them. Been with Nationwide in Pa. for YEARS, never had a problem, but this agency........stay clear if you want service. If they had ZERO stars, that would be the rating.

I can't say enough great things about this insurance agency. I have always been given very competitive rates, excellent advice, and everyone is extreamly polite & professional. I would recommend this agency to anyone - to include my own family and business associates.
