I do NOT recommend this location. We have had trouble with our home insurance information being incorrect and changed at random on TWO different homes when going through this branch. Our first home's policy had the address changed without our knowledge to a similar-sounding address, so we had no coverage for part of the year unknowingly. It took a month of calling over and over to get that fixed. Someone at this branch was careless enough to not even type our address in correctly. NOW on our new home, we have had THREE separate issues. They never put my name on the joint policy despite sending them all the correct info (we just happened to notice this later).
