I have been a client of Allstate for years, and I have had the pleasure to have Jim Macfie (and his team) be my liaison for Allstate for the past 15 years. I am always impressed by this office. I feel I am the typically client who only talks to insurance companies every other year or so unless a claim arises. Jim always appears to know exactly who I am. I feel there is a personal connection, and that he truly cares about my needs. He is very knowledgeable about many types of insurance coverage, and almost more commendable, if he does know, he will find out the answer. Thank you, Jim (and associates) for doing what you do!!!

Jim will take the time to explain your coverages, what they mean, and will give you honest advice regarding your insurance. When I had to file a claim, Jim helped me get in touch with the claims department and followed up several times through the process to make sure everything was being handled and to make sure I didn't have any questions. I highly recommend reaching out to Jim to see if he can help you with your insurance needs!

Never had such personal experience with previous insurance companies. Its nice to feel cared about individually & not like just a number. Also the rates beat out the competition so it was a win-win!
