Jerry Lively - State Farm Insurance Agent

This office no longer has good customer service. Jeremy, the agent's son, "runs" the office without a care for the business or its customers. State Farm really should look into the fact the agent is rarely present. I moved to a better agent, Harold Dishner. His office actually cares for their customers and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Jeremy did nothing to keep a family of 40 plus years on with State Farm auto. Once everyone moved over to a new agent, they worked with professionalism and skill to keep my daughter on auto insurance. Due to mistakes at Lively's office, even with an impeccable driving record, she was going to lose her insurance. Thankfully, Dishner's office easily kept her on without much effort. Used them for six years now. He is very nice Christian man. The gals in the office are always helpful n personable :) And I get excellent coverage for what seems reasonable price. When I needed service they helped me.

Jerry lively is an awesome agent .. his workere are always friendly and on top of helping to solve any problems we may have.... great rates on my entire family i highly suggest using statefarm for any of your insurance needs
