Jeanne Graceffo: Allstate Insurance

I had the worst experience EVER, with this woman. If I could post negative stars I would. She is mean and callous. 2 times I went to this agency to make a payment. My agent moved out of town so I was forced to go elsewhere. The first time I went to Jeanne was 6 months ago. I showed up to make my payment and she never showed to the office. I waited from 8:55 am to 9:20 am. Then I had to go to work. I found a different agent the following day. Today I was on my way to work and wanted to try Jeanne again. And again Jeanne was late. At 9:05 am she pulled up with her little dog in her arms. I waited on the front porch as she entered the building from a different door. a couple minutes went past, the door opened and the first words out of her mouth was, " Are you a customer of this agency?" I

Jeanne Graceffo and her family have been my friends for over twenty-five years! I am grateful to know them. They truly care about my safety and security, and are always there for me. They are always available to offer help when needed in both auto and home emergencies. Amazing people!

Jeanne is very rude. Her tone of voice and her choice of words aren’t friendly at all. So much for someone in a customer service business.
