I could not be happier with how Mike & Jess handled my transition to Crowley Insurance. I previously had Allstate, and when my son started driving I called them to find out how to go about adding him to my policy. The agent informed me that my rate would skyrocket and it would be best not to add him. I didn’t care for that answer and decided to look elsewhere. When I got in touch with Mike, he educated me immensely on why it was important to add my son to my policy. He took the time to find me the best rates and always communicated quickly. He drafted a proposal which consisted of a 10 minute video explaining the new policy and broke everything down in terms I could understand. It really shows how much he cares about his clients.
