I have been a customer of yours for a number of years without incident. 2 months ago my vehicle was no longer drivable, so I took it off of the road and canceled the insurance because (shrugs) I had nothing to insure... Yesterday my girlfriend contacted your company because I now have a new vehicle, we were being assisted by diana who pulled the wrong vehicle file, a vehicle I haven't had in 6 years or so and charged us a fee, and then abruptly closed and went home without our knowledge...
