Farmers Insurance - Colleen McCawley

Carrie went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute insurance updates! She saved the day when we needed change a vehicle on our policy at the end of the day. I am very appreciative of her help and timeliness!

We were in the process of changing insurance companies to an Employer Sponsored Plan with Farmers. Unbeknownst to us at the time, it’s not a plan that’s held at a local Farmers office. When we were emailed the policy the forms that needed to be completed we needed help in completing them. We called the local Farmers office which happened to be Colleen McCawley’s office. Colleen and Carrie explained this was a different type of plan that they had limited ability in helping us with, but they had us bring the paperwork in anyway. From the get go, Colleen knew she wouldn’t be compensated, but they took the time to sit down and help. Over the coming weeks, both Colleen & Carrie helped us navigate the process of dealing with a very difficult Allstate agent and getting us the help we needed. I

The staff at the Office in East Syracuse has been so helpful throughout buying a house and switching insurances on the cars. Whenever I have a problem, I just called and let them know and they fix it. Great customer service.!
