Was a State Farm customer for over 12 years for both home and auto. Mostly had a good experience while at an older agency which I ended having to change due to relocating. Jay’s agency has been a huge disappointment during the five years I was a customer. Every renewal while at Jay’s I received nothing but huge premium increases. This started even before the whole pandemic where everything went nuts and prices soared all over. Every time I contacted Jay he was not helpful at all and just showed arrogance and used jargon to try and convince us that our rates were the lowest in the market at the coverage level. While we are aware with all the insurance scams and tactics they use to get customers to switch and then gradually raise rates. We were just not happy and practically offended by his
