James Scott - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been doing business with James Scott and his agency on and off for 15 years and their service has always been fantastic. It's been "on and off" because I moved out of state for a while, but as soon as I moved back they were who I called to reinstate Arkansas insurance. Janet, Brittany, and James have been great to work with.

THIS INSURANCE AGENCY IS CRAP!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT INSURANCE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY IN MARCH OF 2016. HE WAS GIVEN INSURANCE CARDS AND A POLICY. ABOUT A MONTH LATER HE WAS CALLED INTO THIS OFFICE TO COMPLETE "UNFINISHED PAPERWORK." WHEN HE ARRIVED HE WAS TOLD THAT HIS INSURANCE WAS NEVER EFFECTIVE!! SO OF COURSE HE ASKED FOR A REFUND OF HIS INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT. HE WAS TOLD IT COULD TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. FAST FORWARD TO APRIL 22, 2016. AN INSURANCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN AUTOMATICALLY DRAFTED FROM HIS ACCOUNT!! AS IF THAT WEREN'T BAD ENOUGH, IT EXCEEDED HIS MONTHLY RATE. WE CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND GOT ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. BY THIS TIME WE ARE PRETTY UPSET. I GO INTO THE OFFICE MYSELF TO TRY AND GET THIS RESOLVED. MELANIE CALLS CORPORATE OFF
