I don't even have them and never will. Prospective clients beware: their projected image of helpfulness and authenticity is a farce. In the last year they have dropped clients who USED THEIR POLICY "too much" in 5 years despite having been clients for literally decades with multiple coverages. Additionally, while a client of theirs is planning a move, account managers like Sherry have been absolutely NO help in the process. They have threatened to fine their client for "being uninsured" despite having insurance with a different company if they cancel their coverage with Erie before turning in MD license plates. Erie is requiring them to turn in their plates DESPITE continuing to live in the MD area while being covered by a different insurance. It makes no sense. Meaning they are requiring

They insured us for Home and auto for over 20 yrs, Never had a claim. Got a letter stating "Notice of non renewal" They claim someone came out to do an "inspection" and we refused to let them on the property. First , this never happened, and second, no contact to see if they could help. Just dropped us. I called and tried to get help but, "Sorry , you are non compliant." UPDATE : MORE LIES....I said I will try to get insurance elsewhere .We can't find insurance because of the state of the industry. This completely upended our lives. Stay away from Jack Martin Insurance .

I'm very happy and pleased with Erie Insurance. Have been with them over a year now. They are very responsive and fast acting when you need to get something done. I also got life insurance with Erie. My agent is very diligent and when I was on the side of the road, Erie responded quick to my issue and had a tow truck in less than an hour.

We have a sailing vessel insured and when we couldn't make our layup date due to bad weather they (and CHUBB) were able to extend us a week to get us safely moored up for the winter! We love these guys and gals!! Thank you so much!
