I was lucky enough to meet Tom Irvin on a business trip and I would highly recommend him for all your insurance needs. He certainly has the product knowledge to make the right recommendation for your insurance needs.

I switched my home and auto insurance to Irvin-Dyal & Brown almost 5 years ago, and man they have been fantastic!! Tom's staff is amazing. Any question, issue, coverage change, quote I need, I call, Robin answers, and she is all over it. They shop my insurance every renewal period and have save me THOUSANDS of dollars. Robin helps me walk through any changes, additions, etc. and always has a huge, helpful smile in her voice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, even if you think your person is doing a great job. Check them out. You will not regret it.

William was very responsive and provided a quick turnaround to an urgent quote. He also followed up with some updates that were agreed upon after the deal was done. He has proven to be reliable, great to work with and I am sure will be reaching out to him in the future. I have no hesitation on recommending him for your insurance needs!

Very difficult to work with, even after filing the power of attorney release for them to be able to speak to my wife, as I was going through chemotherapy, they still wouldn’t talk to her, and were very disagreeable. Great when I started years ago, but they have apparently gone quite down hill in the customer service department, my last agent was terrible. Not bad insurance, but my customer service and agent experiences were awful.
