DO NOT CHOOSE THIS INSURANCE. They DO NOT deserve 1 Star. They have denied every claim - I've made 3 this year. No reasonable excuse given. You can NEVER reach anyone by phone. When you eventually do they are of no assistance. I have been disconnected or put on endless hold. You are WASTING your money. This company is a SCAM operation. When I tried to cancel they were more than willing to help me get the claim revisited, but I had already tried this with the first 3 claims to no avail. Just a waste of MY time. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE - unless you want to throw your money away!

Beware! I reported them to NICB along with their associated companies, American Financial Security Life Insurance and Longspur Health. LLC. Their list of providers were mostly urgent care facilities and the doctors listed do not exist. They never paid for the one doctor visit we made and the doctor's office had never heard of them.

If I could rate this company a negative number that would be giving them too high a rating. Literally every claim that my family of 4 had during the time we had this so called "insurance" was denied, stating "Pre-existing conditions are a plan exclusion". In fact a claim for myself was denied for a UTI for that exact reason, how? UTI's aren't pre-existing . When I called to discuss the denials of my families claims I was told we requested medical records from your provider and "they never provided the records", mind you I talked to my doctor's office about it and of course they sent what was requested. I then proceed to call and you can only discuss 3 claims per phone call and there is only a certain time period you can talk to anyone. Had I not had this insurance, which we were payi

Please be aware be careful !!!!! fraud company ! International Benefits Administrations LLC is a fraudulent, non-legitimate company. I was fully insured under Health Access MultiPlan, yet they refused to pay my wellness visit and lab work, falsely claiming I had no coverage. Their phone never works, they never answer, and they intentionally hide from customers. Leosource Insurance gave me false, conflicting information repeatedly and became completely unresponsive after I canceled my policy. This is insurance fraud and bad faith, plain and simple. Do not trust this company—they are dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly operating illegally.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. RIDICULOUS hold times and it takes forever to get through computer menu options. I asked for a callback number from an agent and was given a Subaru call center. When I called IBA back I was met with attitude and frustration. DO NOT do business with them - disgusting customer service all around and no benefits at ALL for the amount of money you end up spending. Not surprised to see such a low star review rating.
