I worked with TraciAnne for years and she was always extremely responsive and then I was transferred to "Traveler's Service Center" which is basically the equivalent of your lawyer telling you to talk to the judge yourself. I went from 48 hours max response time on COI's to 10+ business days and 0 customer support. Anytime I'd followup with Whitmore, they just said to deal with Traveler's. One time when I desperately needed a COI the next day after waiting a week, they told me their internet was "down again" so they couldn't get back to me after it was too late. That's the type of agency you're dealing with here. My new agent at Honig Conte and Porrino confirmed how slimy and negligent that is to do to a customer. They might still do right by some of their clients but you're running

Don’t call within 5 minutes of everyone leaving at 4:30 just to get a copy of my declaration page. Because even the receptionist will tell you everyone is getting ready to leave so leave a message. I guess they are just to big of a company to care about a small homeowners policy. Time to look at a company who cares about customer support.
