They are awful to deal with. It takes over a week to get any kind of response. I've been waiting on my Paid Family Leave for a month and haven't received a cent. They are terrible. I started the process well before my wife had to get an emergency c section, and they have been nothing but a head ache to try to get information from, let alone to get paid like I'm legally supposed to be. Zero stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. If I had the option of not using them I would but unfortunately they’re who my employers picked. Being on PFL with a newborn and you constantly waiting for your pay. They NEVER pay on time. They make excuse after excuse. They tell you to call your bank as if it’s their fault. Thank GOD I only have four more weeks left to deal with them. I think from her on our tour employees should be on the same pay schedule as your members. Then maybe you’d have some compassion. Thankfully we’re a two income household so I can go out and get formula but if I was a single mom I would be SOL. Do better.

If I could have picked the company who I got my pay family from it would not have been this company.They'd never pay on time.I am still currently waiting over three weeks for a payment , because i'm just a number to them. In customer service doesn't help you at all.I called three days ago for a supervisor and i'm still waiting for a call after they said it would be twenty four hours. What an absolute joke of a company, I hope whoever is running It is proud of the quality , because then it would at least explain why it's so bad.

I really appreciated their customer service! Had to wait a little bit (approx. 5-7 minutes) but once it was my turn in the queue, the service reps were always friendly, helpful, and even stayed on the line as I read through and completed parts on the online form.

I am not usually one to compalin but enough is enough! If I could give a zero rating I would be doing so. Every single time I use them there is an issue whether it be with the claim portal or talking to someone. Absolutely disgusted with how this company works and how long it takes to get something figured out. You cannot talk to an "examiner" nor can any of the customer service agents. The only way they can be reached is via email. Very unfortunate especially when waiting on your pay! Do better!
