I have been with the Town Agency for almost 2 years and this is by far the best agency I have ever been with. Just recently, I had a very serious problem due to an error made by my previous agent where they have entered incorrect date of my cancellation and DMV suspended my ability to renew my registration and even my driving license. I was not able to get the previous agency to help me in a timely matter, in fact they just kept saying that it is out of their hands and they have a different department for that. Laura was able to help me speed up the process by talking to them and DMV, tremendous help in an extremely stressful time.
