After calling about being disappointed with my recent insurance company , i was introduced to Abbie. She promptly reviewed my policy and found one that cost half of what i was paying and with better coverage. In a matter of hours, she had my new policy ready for signatures and i was signed up with a new company. Extremely helpful and prompt.

Best customer service by any company, period. Libby Ashley has been providing insurance services and support for my family and I for over 25yrs. Libby always makes sure to make me feel like family and not just another policy. I've never experienced anything like this by any company in any industry...She is truly special. Thank you Libby for always being there for my family and me.

When I signed up they said "if you cancel early we will refund you the excess amount." I paid for the year of rental insurance in advance but then left that place early so I cancelled my insurance. Not only did I not receive the refund they promised me, I just recently received a Debt Collection letter stating I owe them money. Unfortunately for them, I worked for years for a debt collector and know what they've done is illegal as it's not a valid debt and they didn't bother validating it. I hope they enjoy dealing with their violation of UDAAP, FCRA, and FDCPA as I'm submitting a complaint to the CFPB.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Fran B., for years now.. referred to me by my daughter while she was in college 2015... Fran has always each time provided exceptional loyal service to m. Fran is attentive, pro active knowledgeable and always displays efficiency. .. it does not get any better than this.. If we could clone Fran I would share her loyalty coupled with her professionalism with all my family and friends. Abbie found a better rate for me, explained the necessary steps, answered my questions in a timely manner and took care of everything. She is a rock star!
