A Claims adjuster tells the HR person in an email they forgot I was CC'd into that I am not Insured by ICW because the company I work for is a different brand & insured by a different agent. Technically this is Defamation and Slander, because the agent is now 3rd party and not affiliated to me anymore according to ICW's words. They used this loophole to avoid having to treat my Concussion & Cervical Damage. As well denied the treatment needed, yet authorized unnecessary treatment.
