Infinity Insurance

This is the worst insurance company. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. SERGIO GONZALEZ is the worst, laziest agent. Whoever owns this company, I hope you read this. We filed a claim on Jan 5th and haven’t had any communication. We get JESUS on the line and he couldn’t care less. His response was “We have on record the appraiser called you 3 times.” (we received no calls) I kindly ask if there’s another form of contact with appraiser I.e email, phone number, secondary contact number for client, anything to make sure we don’t miss it. His response again, “yeah, like I said, he called 3 times, maybe check your settings ?” What!??!? Buddy just add this secondary number or give us a email or some other form of contact. No attempt at even creating a solution, just they called you idk. Doesn’t hear his

She never answer the phone and office always closed.

Infinity insurance is so bad, I called to get a quote and during the call he hung up because I didn’t have the vehicle with me. I called to get a quote! Not to be hung up on.

This place sucks I missed 1 payment because of bank issues and they cancelled my policy and wanted me to start a new one with all the fees. Worst service ever
