When me and my family came That one women who speaks Spanish & English had bad manners and gave me dirty looks. Was being rude to my one of my family members as well, both when she talked to both of them separately (not the lady who works at desk) the one who attends you. She has brown hair , brown/ white skin. I’m not sure but that was bad customer service. I’d hate to tell others about your guys place and the way you guys treat people.

I made a call today for not only my 3 month old baby but myself as well and the customer service representative Jasmine was absolutely kind, amazing, and patient. She helped me with everything thing I needed help with and was so kind and patient I seriously appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. The help was absolutely outstanding.

I have a child with special needs & the new instructor for Zumbini Classes was very unprofessional, her name is Cambria. I understand they are not specialized to be working with kids like mine, but she was constantly shushing my kid when she was having a little moment sitting down yelling (occasionally). The moms in the class & myself were trying to get her to dance, then the instructor said I could leave to go to another room with my kid if she wasn't going to participate & that is when I said that my baby is autistic & she won't participate like the other kids do. I left the class & talk to the managers. But I felt very uncomfortable after that situation because first of all she cannot be shushing kids like that if she doesn't even know them, she can continue her class & let me handle my
