When I became eligible for Medicare I felt I had this huge burden on my shoulders because I didn't know how to choose the medical advantage program that was best for me. I walked into Casey Armstrongs meeting feeling overwhelmed and confused and walked out feeling satisfied and content that I had the best plan possible for me. That was 6 or 7 years ago. Of all the problems, stressors and difficult decisions I have to deal with today my health insurance is not one of them. Thank you Casey Armstrong!

I am so over the moon thankful that they recognized I moved and reached out to me to update information and close out policies. Between moving and work and family, I hadn’t had time to call them. The only reason they got one star is because they wouldn’t let me use zero. I booked an appointment to get some help with my father’s Medicare ins. They cancelled the appt due to a funeral (understandable) but told me they would call back to reschedule. They never called me back. I called them again a week later and left a message for Casey. She never returned my call. I called the next day and spoke with the assistant, Laura. She told me she or Casey would call me right back. They never called. I called again with one more voicemail. Now my father missed his Medicare deadline. Horrible customer service

We have been with Armstrong-Fairway with both home and auto insurance since moving to the High Desert in 2017. Whenever I have a questions about my policy or if I need to make changes, the staff takes care of if and always makes me feel valued as a customer. Over the past few years, my family has bought a new car, added a new driver, and even had to deal with a car accident. I really appreciate how you keep in contact with occasion email inquiries to see how I'm doing. It also reminds me to re-evaluate my health care provider to make sure they are still a good fit for my needs. I know that if that ever changes, I can make an appointment to come in and you will work with me to find a new provider. You keep up on all the changes so I don't have to try to read everything from every provider. (The Birthday Cards are a wonderful touch as well. :'))
