Great customer service. I was helped quickly and efficiently.i would definitely recommend this on as it was recommended to me… Is what I stated when I first acquired this auto insurance. The customer service in the office is great, when signing up but when you need them for a claim, their service is complete trash. They take their time, they don’t get back to you quickly. Every note or message and update felt like it was being delivered through carrier pigeon. I started emailing to leave a ‘paper trail,’ and that seemed to help a little. They point fingers at each department. My claim adjuster introduced himself and was then apparently fired, leaving my claim in limbo and on the back burner. You get what you pay for. You need the bare minimum? You’ll get the bare minimum.

Edgar is unmatched super knowledge about every single question I had about my car insurance, I had been in so many places and had different insurance, Edgar was able to explain to me everything like no had before he really know what his doing and has more than 10 years of experience, I was able to buy insurance for my car and renew my registration How cool is that! love it!!

I highly recommend Geizi Insurance. They give great customer service, and they always call you back. I have been going through them since I bought my car last year in February. Really great team! Edgar is super helpful, and very knowledgeable! And they have really good prices!
