Normally, I would give this location, pretty high rating, but today they dropped the ball I went there to do a DMV transaction however I had no idea that they are shutting down something is going on with their building unknown what the issue is and they pretty much fail to disclose what it is…their prerogative however it would have been nice to either made an announcement on the local radio station saying that they would be shutting down and they would be diverting their business to their Apple Valley location until the former party city store is renovated to handle AAA business. it would’ve been nice to have been given a heads up instead of driving into the parking lot seeing pop-up tents with people sitting outside handing you a map diverting you to the Apple Valley location, which when

I bought a new used car mid August from Select Motorz in Hesperia. I received the registration in the mail but no tag. The dealership dropped the ball and thought it was funny. I had three weeks left on my paper plates before it would be illegal to drive my car. I went to the AAA temporary location in Victorville. I wasn't there 5 minutes and a little beauty ANGEL called me up to help me. I was nervous because the dealership said I couldn't get a 2026 tag and the Dmv wasn't issuing 2027 tags. I gave Angel the registration I was mailed and she said, "I am going to give you your tag right now". Angel really was an Angel!! Thank you ANGEL! You really are one!

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother, she went in to check on her car insurance policy and her agent was Griselda Velasquez Perez. We are currently going through a family crisis and my mom has a lot on her plate.
