After 15+ years using HWP, the company that insured our home was no longer doing homeowners policies. HWP sent a form letter saying it was transferring policies to a different company and would be in contact with us. They never called or sent an other letter or email. The day our insurance was expiring I got coverage elsewhere. Very disappointing that HWP never followed up.
