Highmark Direct Health Insurance Store

This is a scam artist company. They claim preventive care is 100% covered but then try to charge you thousands of dollars for cancer screening labwork and out of network anesthiology. Call center support lies to you about working on your case and no one returns calls. This company should be put out of business.

Being disabled due to the non-abilities to focus or read anymore is quite difficult. I received the greatest service ever. Not only did I get what I was looking for but I was treated with the utmost respect and know things had to be repeated several times. To see me you might say "there's nothing wrong with her" but I have a brain tumor. That is why when you see folks that appear ok when they park in H parking do not be judgemental for a person could have been in chemo all day. So you're ridiculing a hero. Thank you Highmark for being kind to me ... it's these kind of experiences that keep someone from feeling unworthy. Oh yeah and TY for my gift bag of goodies which included my pkg. of information.
