My car insurance was getting ready to renew and instead of just automatically renewing the policy the agents took the time to review my car insurance at the time of renewal to see if I was able to save any money. Had they not done this, I would have been paying more and would had to take the time to find a cheaper option. Plus all the paperwork was done online, it made the transition very smooth.
