Farmers Insurance - Charlotte Chance

We have been with Farmers Insurance for many years now and have never had an issue with their handling of claims. As for Charlotte Chance she is Top Shelf in our opinion.

My experience with Charlotte Chance and her agency was extremely disappointing. At first everything seemed great! I reached out to her for a business liability policy. She was very fast to respond to emails, and phone calls. This was up until the point that she had been paid, and the policy was written. I then reached out for a couple of other policies that I wanted quotes on. She sent me to one of her employees(Cody Gideon) to help me. He was very slow to respond, and didn't help me satisfy the needs of my new policy, so I signed a policy with a different Farmers agent in the area that was helpful. Clearly Farmers had a policy that worked for me, but Charlotte and her company dropped the ball. After all this I attempted to cancel my business policy on September 19th of this year, nearly 2

Mike Williams was the best! He walked me through a policy and made sure I had the best rate! He took the time to make me feel sure about my decision.

Charlotte is excellent to work with. We truly feel she has our best interest in mind when she advises us. The rates are great and it is so easy to move all of our policies together. We look forward to a long relationship with Charlotte Chance and Farmers.
