Farmers Insurance - Drew Miles

So far, so good. I went with Farmers last year because Allstate went up with my premium. So far Farmers is staying consistent with our premiums. We had to negotiate with them on our renewal, but it worked out in our favor. I recommend Farmers Insurance.

Sales & Customer Support agents these days could learn a lot from Brooklyn. When I was shopping for home owner's insurance I was flooded with sales calls. When Brooklyn called it didn't feel "salesy" at all. It just felt like a pal looking out for my best interest. She was patient and spent all the time needed to save me thousands. She is a super pro, kind and and knows her stuff. Give her a call and find out what great customer service is supposed to be like.
