After the initial email contact and a productive 15 minute phone call, the account rep agreed to provide a quote... and never did. I sent a polite follow-up email 10 days later, and there was no response to that. At least I was able to get a sense of their commitment to service before any money changed hands... a different agency responded promptly and we purchased a policy from them. Two stars instead of one because of the useful information provided in the phone call.

Agent Dale McQueen actually returned my call as he has promised . After reviewing my current policies he suggested that we revisit this possibility, same time next year, as he thought the policy I presently have best meet our families needs . WHAT?!?! Man of honesty and integrity! Awesome to find a Godly man .

Yesterday my car would not start. I called my insurance company as I'm fairly new here and they said to call if I needed something my insurance covers. Jeremy answered and long story short I couldn't get help so he drove here himself and jump started my car. Can you believe that? So if you need insurance I strongly suggest Jeremy at Bryan Insurance Group here in Maryville. They definitely love their clients. BTW he also found a way to lower my premium, Merry Christmas to me.

Very Unprofessional in dealing with New customers. Had to do multiple follow ups for a bundle quote and the agent Tyler comes back with excuses and attitude is like Erie doesn't need policy owners but policy owner's need Erie more. I was mis informed that Erie only sells bundles and don't write individual policies for Home, Auto or Life, this is absolutely wrong. Was able to get a quote in 30 mins over call (both individual & bundle) from another agency nearby and they explained details very professionally and with transparency. Well good luck to Bryan Insurance Group with that attitude in this market. Feedback coming from someone in Insurance Industry over 15 years!

I entered the office and was greeted by Anna, then met with Chad and received excellent assistance from him. About two hours later, I had all of my questions answered, and was provided with bundled QUOTES for auto, home, and umbrella coverages through ERIE. The premiums all are very competitive. It is the best service I have ever received from an insurance agency. Very professional. Everything about this experience was first class, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
