DO NOT CHOOSE HEALTHTEAM ADVANTAGE. If you care about yourself or your loved one, do not choose Healthteam Advantage for your Medicare provider. My 96 year old mother had a stroke in 2/8/2026. She was admitted to Moses Cone hospital. The past week she has been actively participating in rehab with OT, and PT. Healthteam Advantage just DENIED her ANY rehabilitation moving forward, refusing to allow her to be admitted to a rehab facility. They instead suggested hospice. As an OT myself I know how deeply opposed this is to any sense of humane medical treatment. A stroke patient being refused rehab therapy is akin to telling them to ROT and DIE in place. The only chance for a stroke victim to see improved function is for them to receive needed therapy. I truly had no idea that any Medicare Adva

I've been with HTA for 5 years. I've been with others, but this company is exceptional. Their customer service is impeccable. These people treat you like they'd like to be treated. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other company that even comes close. Thx for everything, HTA.
